Akanes law hunters
Name of weapon: Law Hunter
Type of weapon: Electric gauntlet fists
Image of what it does:
Strengths: is an extremely powerful close range weapon, can be upgraded and upgraded forms add on more powers with each upgrade. can hide in the form of rings till they are needed and they appear from the rings.
weaknesses: Has barely any long range capabilities, can only be upgraded once per each blacksmith character, the gloves have a 25 post charge once 25 is up they no longer carry lightening powers or lightening attacks and are just a pair of gauntlets till thy are recharged.
Upgrade forms.
Mk.1: the number of charges is doubled and due to the wiring having changed the lightening attacks come off more powerful as well as powers costs are doubled. the gauntlets visually cover more of the arms. Discharge power is learned.
Mk.2: Number of charges is doubled again thanks to some changes in the electronics the power in the gauntlets has greatly exceeded expectations although due to this the cost of powers is doubled again. The gauntlets visually are covering up to her shoulders now. Running Current power is learned.
Mk.3: Charges is doubled again as well as the power but gauntlets have a chance to overload (1-20 chance, every post of mine will also be dice rolled if it lands on the number the gauntlets will overload and electricity will need 3 turns before any lightening based abilities or powers can be used, will post Screenshots if asked on the roll or can do it for every post) [Overload: Discharges a large amount of charges (60) all around causing lightening damage to all within an area with Akane will take significatly less damage but still take some from it]. The gauntlets no longer increase visually but discharge more electricity. Power slam power is learned.

Type of weapon: speed boots
Image of what it does:
Strengths: Increase speed drastically when activated able to cover long distances in a short time. Upgrade along with the Gauntlets but the cost for using them is doubled each time
weaknesses: Also runs off charges from the gauntlets costing 2 charges each time they are used.
Upgraded forms
Mk.1: Increased speed and jump height, visually covers the legs more. Cost is of usage is doubled
Mk.2: Increased speed and jump height, Visually covers all the legs. Cost is tripled for usage (originally: 2 mk1. 4 Mk2. 12)
Mk.3: Increased speed and jump height, Cost usage is doubled again. Overload status is reached (along with the gauntlets there is a separate roll 1-20, if the number is hit the boots will overload and cause the speed to reach a dangerous level for 1 post, afterwords the boots are unusable for 2 posts and overload cannot happen again on them for 5 posts)

to be honest the usage is way to long form them especially once you upgrade them

Powers will actually be cutting down the usage length since the power costs wont be as cheap as the regular usage.

the boots seem to not have a total number of uses, please do something about that and explain the learned things

The boots share with the gauntlets. and i'm not sure what learned things you mean.

Powers are learned or more of gained from being upgraded since the upgrades allow more possiblities with her movements.
