   Background/History: Lilou's Father left her mother before Lilou was born. Her mother died when Lilou was 7. Legally Lilou died in a car accident with her mother when she was 7. Her mother was instantly killed and Lilou got out without a scratch. By the time the ambulance got to the car Lilou was gone. She lives by luring drunk people that stumble out of the nearest nightclub into allys, mugging them, drinking some of their blood and leaving them unconscious.  
   Personality: Lilou is used to being able to do whatever she wants and what she thinks is best. She has lived completely alone for ten years and before that she lived with only her mother, so she is extremely introverted. She is hardheaded and rebellious, with little respect for authority.
