Before that age, both of them were already inseparable, always playing and learning together. Where Mamoru where going, Mélody were following him to ensure his security.Mélody was still a young girl when she was separate from her family and friends during the war to be taken to one of the work camp of the angel city. Mélody met Mamoru again in one of the work camp she had worked to. They both escaped when they finally got a chance as the demons were attacking the angel city. Mélody history is a mystery to most people since she doesn't tend to speak about her past except to her closest ones such as her husband Mamoru.
