Image of what it does: Lucius takes a deep breath and breaths out shards of ice along with a mist of frozen air, it can reach a distance of 8 feet and speeds of 35 mph in human form, 15 feet and 50 mph in dragon form
Strengths: Causes damage to almost anything, it can also freeze water
Weaknesses: Easily fought by fire breath, uses 10% of mana, 6 post cool down

Name of Power: Psychotic scream/roar
Image of what it does: Lucius screams/roars depending on the form, at a frequency that can break glass. Hurts enemies enemies ears and can break stuff
Strengths: Distracts enemies and breaks stuff
weaknesses: Can be blocked, uses 5% of mana, 4 post cool down

Name of Power: Ice plane
Image of what it does: Lucius stomps his foot, saying ice plane, turning a 20 foot in diameter circle of ground around him to ice
Strengths: Reduces enemies speed and balance, but his claws dig into the ice.
weaknesses: Can be flown over or enemy may dig something into ice for balance, cost 20% percent of mana, lasts for 8 posts before melting, 12 post cool down

Name of Power: Lunatic speed
Image of what it does: Lucius waves a hand saying Lunatic speed. He gains a speed boost for either foot speed or flying speed.
Strengths: Gives Lucius 35% more speed
weaknesses: Costs 15% of mana, can only be casted on his wings or feet, lasts 4 posts, 7 post cool down.

Name of Power: Ice skin
Image of what it does: Lucius puts his hand to his forehead, saying Ice skin. His skin and scales turns to thick ice. He is protected from one blow.
Strengths: He is protected from both magic and physical damage for one blow.
weaknesses: Lucius can't move, ice breaks when struck, lasts for two posts, cool down of 9 posts, costs 10% of mana

only concern is lunatic speed, either bring it down to 35% or make it last 2 posts, if you chose 2 posts then the cooldown will be reduced to 5 as a compromise.
