Background: An angel without wings (not a fallen) that was born in heaven and was sent to earth. He was found by regret and was raised as a warrior. He then was sent from Earth to a half earth half heaven place known as midgard.  After he finnaly returned to earth he went to a city (I can't remember the name) and became the head general in their army. He has a fairy named Runa that accompanies him on his travels. Chael has a harsh aditude but is righteous in every way. He lives to defeat the devil tribe (or in our case the demons) but also defends his city. He was thought at first to be a Fallen Angel but later was awakened and found to be a divine one just without wings. He has an offensive arsenal and spells but has very little defensive ones. Constintly makes promises he can't keep (more specifically to Runa the fairy) he doesn't like to pray as much as a normal angel because a terrible incident that happened.
Personality: Harsh, Bossy, Rude to anyone, yet very silent, kindhearted  and intelegent
