Well i dont really wanna fight but i think powers would be really cool!

Name: Weather Control
What it does: Manipulates the weather to use weather-based attacks such as percipitation, wind etc
Strengths: Very versitile in and out of battle and different types of weather account to different opponents and powers
Weaknesses: There must be clouds to use percipitation based attacks and doesnt do much damage, only used for defense. Higher power attacks use higher amounts of mana.
Types of attacks: Snow, Sleet, Rain, Hail, Lightning, Wind, etc in those areas
