A little work on the side

[Ember]

Running a little low on cash, I decided to help a few cooks and chefs with their stands and such by helping them cook and run supplies back and forth. "If I didn't need any money..." I mumble a little as I go to get a noodle stand some more flour.

[Nikolai Forge]

Sterling was going for some food after a hard day of work. He was a pawnshop owner, and was lethargic from making negotiations all day. He had been minding his own business when he bumped into this man wearing glasses. "My apologies," Sterling replied. "May I ask who you are?"

[Ember]

"Its fine." I nod to him and go back to heading to the the noodle stand with the flour I nearly dropped. "Have a good day." I call back to him, a little to busy to talk to him.

[Nikolai Forge]

Sterling stopped himself when he saw the man picking up a noodle bag. "Tell me, do you work for an eating establishment? I happened to notice the bag in your hand and saw this as an opportunity to get food."

[Ember]

Too busy at the moment to stop and chat, I don't catch what he said as I get to the noodle stand and hand him the flour. "Here you go sir."

[Nikolai Forge]

Thinking that the man was tonedeaf or something, Sterling yelled in a much louder voice, "Yo! You must have not heard me, but I need food. Lead me to your shop."

[Ember]

I turn around seeing someone yelling, not sure if he is talking to me or someone else as the chef gives me my pay for the help. "Thank you sir." I begin to head to someone else on my list to help them out.
