Name: Blade of Frozen
Description: The user sends a surging slash of ice to the opposition. The slash is sharp enough to slice a boulder in half. As for how it is made, it is made by the user holding his sword in the sky and causing the water to embue his sword, and solidify into ice.
Strengths: The shard is sharp enough to cut through concrete and thick metal. Also, an icicle sprouts from the area where the target was hit. The user can make four of these before the cooldown kicks in.
Weakness: Three-Post Cooldown

Name: Detainment
Description: The user makes the atoms in the water very cold, and uses that to ensnare the target in a mountain of ice
Strengths: The target is entrapped in the ice for a span of three posts.
Weakness: Four Post Cooldown

Name: Blizzard I
Description: The user sends a barrage of 100 Icicles hurtling toward the opponent over a span of three posts. The icicles are summoned by creating a chain reaction in the sky, where the user forces the rain in the clouds to solidify and take the form of shards.
Strengths: Able to hit multiple targets
Weakness: Six post Cooldown

Name: Ice Claws
Description: The user makes claws out of the ice he has, creating weapons and shields. They are in the form of Wolverine(Marvel)'s Adamantium claws, with shields stretching the length of the user's arms.
Strengths: The claws are sharp enough to cut down boulders, and cannot be broken unless they are melted(through the cooldown)
Weakness: 2 Post Cooldown, the user is weakened through the Cooldown


Name: Speed Boost
Description: Octavian doubles his already high speed. 2x Multiplication to be exact
Strength: 3 post span - 80 MPH
Weakness: 2 Post Cooldown, the user is weakened after 2 posts, and the weakness continues throughout the cooldown time




Name: Hail
Description: The user creates a giant hailstorm of baseball shaped hail.
Strength: Buffets the opponent over a three post span
Weakness: User is also hit


Name: Blizzard II
Description: The user causes the clouds' water to solidify, creating large iceshards that attack the target. The clouds come over the user and opponent, and they take one post to load up.
Strength: Completely shrouds opponent in ice shards sharp enough to break through Thick Steel.
Weakness: 5 Post Span, 10 Post Cooldown, the user is also buffeted

Name: Dry Ice
Description: The user uses his manipulation of ice to fire rushes at the opposition. The rushes are made out of Dry Ice, which is the solid form of Carbon Dioxide (CO2). The rushes are continious as well.
Strength: The user can freeze his opposition and cause extensive damage to them, due to the fact that the Dry Ice can cause frostbite burns because of its extremely low temperature.
Weakness: The user will afflict extensive damage to his own hands, because they will get frostbite burns as well. This is signified by a red color in the hands, with peeling of skin. Once the user uses it for five posts, he will have sustained enough damage, and will be too injured to use it for six posts. After that, if he uses it three more times, the user won't be able to use it again for the duration of the battle.

Name: Blade of Frozen- needs an actual weakness. a one post cool down is NOT a cool down period
Name: Barrage- Number of Shards?
Name: Likeness- First that basically means you'll just turn all the ground into ice meaning no one has any where to stand at all. Second put an actual strength not that crap.
Name: Speed Boost- Put the numerical value of the boost
Name: Magic Resistance- Complete neutralization of enemy powers is unfair. Nerf this please
Name: Burst- A 150 mile AoE attack is OP. Nerf this please.
Name: Rust- Complete neutralization of enemy weapon is unfair as well as you don't specify how it happens meaning your implying it is instant and undodgable.

some of these such as the speed boost need to have a physically weakening affect on your character not just post cooldowns. Re-think a few of them
