weaknesses: Zuriel must take a post to form the ball, Cooldown of 4 posts, costs 10% of mana

Name of Power: Ice dome
Image of what it does: Zuriel creates a dome of ice to protect himself
Strengths: Blocks one attack, the ice is translucent, you can't really see Zuriel
weaknesses: Zuriel can't see outside of it, Zuriel can't take it down himself, it must be broken. Zuriel can break it, but only with his arrows, cool down of 4 posts

Image of what it does: Zuriel forms ice arrows, infused with ice magic
Strengths: Zuriel has powerful arrows
weaknesses: It take Zuriel a post to make them, it's not instant. Cool down of 2 posts, costs 5% of mana! only makes 3 arrows
