The creep ' s powers

Name of Power: Pyromancy
What it does: Control over fire
Strengths: Can burn flammable stuff to set up the ring to my advantage or to opponents disadvantage. Explodes so not just normal fire, and causes more damage. Can be done in one post and can be spammed during battle. Also not technically "fire" it's dark energy that burns and provides heat like fire.
Weaknesses: Can't burn anything, only trees and wood and flammable stuff like that. Setting up the fight may not go as planned and may backfire. Can only throw fireballs and may not harm people with the fire elsewise. The more you spam it the more magic it consumes. Weak to light.

Shapeshifting:
What it does: Looks into someone's soul and changes into their most cared for person.
Strengths: Negates out bloodsensing. Can be done from a distance as long as I can see the person (can't shapeshift right in their face can I?)
Weaknesses: Hardest of willed people can look through the disguise. Person must be within vision (can't just see someone then run to China and shapeshift)

Shadowstep
What it does: Increases speed for one full post by a lot.
Strengths: Mainly used to dodge attacks. Has a cool down of 3 posts but I can use it at any point.
Weaknesses: I can't really see any except for its "unspammabiluty" and mana cost.
Teleport
What it does: doesn't take an Einstein to figure that out
Strengths: Gets a dodge in or just catches up with someone far away.
Weaknesses: Has a cool down of 3 posts and if in combat can only three times per topic. No combat I can use as much as I want.

Devouring soul- this..could be problematic since there are A LOT of topics and characters that are the same exist in multiple threads. I personally think that this sort of power is just not do able for this enviroment and i recommend either reworking it or getting rid of it.
charmspeak and shapeshift- Personally i find shapeshift okay(ISH) but charmspeak can cause problems since that sounds way more like a vampire sort of ability and even then those that do have that sort of ability have more limitations to it, so i recommend reworking charmspeak.
