Name of power: Ice and Snow Manipulation

What it does: Ability to use ice and snow to my advantage

Strengths: can freeze just about anything or any liquid, and can summon snow spirits. Good in colder climates and has an advantage when used above or near water. Can also make tools or weapons from ice.

Weaknesses: Can't freeze hot things. Terrible in hotter climate. Spirits do not fight in battle. Has a size limit. (Can't freeze something to large, can't freeze through something too thick, can't freeze a liquid to vast) Tools and weapons forged from ice are easily broken or melted. Easily countered with anti-water magic such as lightning and with anti-ice magic such as fire.
